- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointed in how you handled the transition of taking over DR Mateik's office in Winchendon. After 52 years of having Dr Mateik for our eye doctor my husband and I feel like we have just been dumped with no plan for future care of our eyes. Can't even seem to be able to get our records transferred to a new eye doctor's office at Dartmouth Hicthcock in Keene NH. Ironic how a small office in Winchendon, Mass can be so efficient until your large organization took over and no one seems to know anything or be able to handle transferring records to another eye doctor. And on top of that you want to charge us for our own records that you don't seem to even know if you have them! Sooo frustrated and disappointed!May 23, 2017by Rosemary Merriam
