- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This was the worst experience I had with an eye doctor. The wait was tremendously long - about an hour and a half for only about 5 minutes of Dr. Frangie's time. He didn't even diagnose my pterygium saying it was a scratch from wearing contact lenses which I have only tried a few times over 15 years ago. Seriously, it felt like he just goes though patients like numbers without really paying attention to them. Also, the front desk staff was not pleasant at all. Overall, the experience was terrible and I do not recommend this place or this doctor to anyone.July 16, 2017by Doris R
